CONCERT VISUALS / VJ JOURNEY
These are various projects I've created for DJ clients, designed to use as concert visuals. Given creative freedom within their personal branding, these projects always stretch my brain — from very quick turnarounds to more intentional storytelling, to creating cohesive design systems for multiple DJs in an event . This is my most niche creative outlet, but it helps me fulfill my love of being music-adjacent while still thriving as a design creative. Using mainly Aftereffects, Touch designer and some stock footage.
Empress Rah - Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Empress Rah performed at the Daily Bread Festival at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado. This iconic venue seats approximately 9,500 people, and this project had a 7-day turnaround. For her one-hour set, she commissioned 4 loops, each telling a story through 4 distinct themes:

Cleotrvppv - URL. Party
Created and hosted by Atlanta-based DJ, sound selector, and vibe curator Cleotrvppv, “URL.” is an event dedicated to the Blog Era—a time when music enthusiasts gathered online on platforms like XXL, HotNewHipHop, WorldStar, DatPiff, and LiveMixtapes to discover the newest tracks and emerging artists of the decade.
When asked to create visuals for the event, my initial concept was to design DJ nameplates inspired by the visual style of these iconic platforms, paying homage to the digital spaces that defined the era.
